By accessing or using ModelHub API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ModelHub API provides a pay-as-you-go API service for accessing AI models including DeepSeek. Users receive API keys and are billed based on token usage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity under your API key is your responsibility.
You may not use the Service to: generate illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer the API; distribute API keys to unauthorized users; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
All fees are charged in USD. Payments are processed through our payment provider. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Rate limits apply per plan. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in throttling or suspension.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
ModelHub API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international law and shall be interpreted accordingly.
