Refund Policy

Digital Services

ModelHub API sells digital API services (token-based AI model access). Because usage is consumed immediately, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis if:

• You accidentally topped up with the wrong amount and contact us within 48 hours with zero usage
• The Service experienced a verified technical outage that prevented normal usage
• You were charged twice due to a billing error

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@modelhub-api.com with your account email and transaction ID. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

No Refunds For

• API tokens that have already been consumed
• Change of mind after purchasing
• Discontinued projects or accounts you no longer need

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be suspended and you may lose access to remaining credits.
